Hi, and thanks for visiting my site. I am an enthusiast photographer living in the Boston, MA area. My photography really became a primary hobby of mine (read: it started to cost me money!) when I went to a digital body in 2007. Sony bought the Konica/Minolta division in 2005, and the deal finalized in 2006. Sony was in the game, and their introduction was a re-badging and minor tweaking of the Minolta 5D. They called it the A100, and it was my first digital SLR camera. I'm currently shooting a gripped A700 with a small but good collection of glass. My photography has progressed exponentially, and I have been broadening my scope greatly in the last few years. I have to say that I really enjoy street shooting, and model work, whether it be portrait, fashion or glamour. I enjoy the street shooting for it's purity. You can really capture some honest emotions in people when they don't know their photo is being taken. It's funny how people stiffen up when they pose for a picture.
